This Refund and Cancellation Policy outlines the terms and conditions regarding cancellations, modifications, and refunds for hotel bookings made through our website. By using our services, you agree to comply with this policy.

Hotel Accommodation

  • (Please note Refund Rules before Reservation / Booking)
    Reservations can be made only by paying 100% of the booking amount for the duration of your stay. However, you can always extend your stay at the property subject to availability of the rooms.
  • Check in time is 2 PM and check out time is 12 PM.

Cancellation / Refund :

  • Intimation/ request for cancellation can be raised on the same website with details on Booking Confirmation Voucher received at the time of booking through the website. Such cancellation is possible through the website only if the booking was made through this website. In case of any clarification/dispute kindly contact the particular property/hotel.
  • In case request for cancellation of reservation is received 48 clear hours in advance from the scheduled date of check in, 100% of the advance less processing fee will be refunded.
  • In case request for cancellation of reservation is received 24 clear hours in advance from the scheduled date of check in, 50% of the advance less processing fee will be refunded.
  • If the request for cancellation of reservation is received anytime later than the above mentioned windows, no amount will be refunded.
  • In case of request for partial cancellation i.e. reduction of number of rooms or period of stay is received from the guests, management of the booked hotel shall decide on case to case basis. However, as a policy, partial refunds is also made according to the policy mentioned in above points.
  • The refund will be transferred to the customer's account directly or through the same channel the booking amount was paid depending upon technical feasibility of the transaction at the time of refund, and within 15 working days from the date of cancellation.
